A wonderful age reversing and rejuvenating procedure! Local anaesthetic procedure to shorten the length via a standard ‘Bull’s horn’ excision that leaves typically a fine scar running just below the nose where it meets the upper lip. Unfortunately over the years I’ve experienced patients who have had fillers performed elsewhere who have issues over filling, infection and vascular occlusion. 

I'm still surprised to read and see videos of pharmacists and self professed Aestheticians injecting faces when they haven't spent years training in anatomy and surgical concepts! 

I'm sure my local butcher could bake a fine loaf of bread, but I'd rather go to my baker.
