Profhilo Structura, PRX-T33 and Polynucleotides
Being comprised of hyaluronic acid, Profhilo is a bit like an injectable moisturiser, which hydrates the skin whilst boosting collagen and elastin production.
Profhilo Structura is for structural remodelling, designed to offer not just hydration but also subtle lifting and firmer contouring effects. It provides more support to the skin, ideal for patients who want to address skin firmness along with hydration.
Nucleofill is a bioactive compound which works on a cellular level to hydrate whilst also boosting skin quality, firmness and thickness, detoxifying for long-lasting results. The results you can expect to achieve can sometimes be similar, but Nucleofill is particularly beneficial for mature skin and those concerned with the effects of dehydration around the lower eyelids. Nucleofill requires at least 2 treatments 4 weeks apart.
PRX and Profhilo are great for the total facial glow and Nucleofill to target the lower eyelids. Eyelid skin is thin! So expect some little red marks and bruising for 2 - 3 days, easily covered with concealer. skin rejuvenation polynucleotide injections profhilo and skin boosters
Profhilo Structura is an advanced formulation featuring a higher concentration of hyaluronic acid. Unlike conventional HA fillers that use chemical cross-linking for stability and durability, Profhilo Structura employs a unique method. It is made up of hybrid cooperative complexes (HCCs) combining high and low molecular weight HA through a heat-based process known as NAHYCO® technology. This process avoids chemical cross-linking while still giving the HA enhanced stability and resistance to degradation, similar to that of cross-linked HA fillers.

Summary
Nucleofill is a bioactive compound which works on a cellular level to hydrate whilst also boosting skin quality, firmness and thickness, detoxifying for long-lasting results. The results you can expect to achieve can sometimes be similar, but Nucleofill is particularly beneficial for mature skin and those concerned with the effects of dehydration around the lower eyelids. Nucleofill requires at least 2 treatments 4 weeks apart. It is more expensive than Profhilo.
Both actively improve the condition of your skin from within, treating dehydration, loss of elasticity and with it the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles and lacking radiance - giving a glow.
Don't like injections? Consider PRX-T33
TCA modulated with H2O2, this majestic formulation is a revolution in skin bio-revitalisation. Leaving your skin feeling firmer, tighter, lifted and with an enviable glow. It is a skin rejuvenator and biostimulator - it is not a peel, not an injectable - but a gel that provides immediate skin quality improvement and deep hydration. It is in the same category as a medical peel and benefits from the same results, however, with this treatment you do not peel - so there is no downtime. PRX-T33 penetrates the dermis to activate the processes of skin regeneration and renewal without damaging the epidermis at all.
I particularly like PRX and Profhilo for the total facial glow and Nucleofill to target the lower eyelids. Eyelid skin is thin! So expect some little red marks and bruising for 2 - 3 days, easily covered with concealer.
It is better in general to start with PRX-T33 or Profhilo and assess the response to the lower eyelids.
For a more impactful result, where volume is required, consider an 8 point facelift, threadlift or perhaps CO2 laser regeneration.
If wanted, combine the above with anti-ageing assessments and treatments. These investigate the causes of ageing and work synergistically with the treatments above that treat the effects of ageing.
PRX-T33 requires 1 to 5 treatments, spaced 2 weeks apart (£199 for one, £899 for five)
Nucleofill requires 1 to 2 treatments, spaced 2 - 4 weeks apart (£299 for one, £450 for two)
Profhilo requires 1 to 2 treatments, spaced 4 weeks apart (£350 for one, £600 for two)

There are a lot of options when it comes to fillers, anti wrinkle and skin boosting injections! So start with an advanced facial analysis.
Antiwrinkle injections offer a temporary solution for reducing facial lines and wrinkles. It has many uses, including forehead, crow's feet and frown lines, as well as headaches, migraines and myofascial pain of the head and neck - including some of that arising around the TMJ.
The aim is a natural smoother look, and not a frozen look.
Benefits
Injections relax facial muscles, resulting in a smoother appearance by reducing lines and wrinkles. Results typically last for 4 - 6 months, providing a temporary rejuvenation.
Cost
The cost varies between clinics and treatment areas in the UK. On average, prices range from £200 to £950 per session. Pricing depend on the expertise and reputation of the clinic.
Different uses
Anti-wrinkle injections can also be used to decrease problematic sweating in the forehead and the back of head
Qualified Practitioners
Ensure your safety and satisfaction by choosing a qualified and experienced practitioner. Look for medical practitioners registered on recognised professional registers, showcasing their training, skills, and insurance coverage. Beware of untrained practitioners or those who have only completed short training courses.
Procedure and Aftercare
During the treatment, I clean and sterilise your face or neck and administer the injection using a fine needle. The injection sites vary based on the targeted areas.
The procedure typically takes approximately 20 minutes. Afterward, allow 2 to 3 days for the treatment to take effect and up to 2 to 3 weeks to observe the full results.
To optimise the outcome, avoid massaging or rubbing your face for 3 days. Additionally, refrain from intense exercise, sunbathing, and sauna use for 4 days.
Risks and Side Effects
Common side effects include temporary light headache, pre cold-like symptoms will sometime accompany the first anti-wrinkle injection session, and some bruising, swelling, and redness at the injection sites is to be expected. Toxin injection around the brow has a risk of eyelid drop, or blepharoptosis.
Anti wrinkle injections provide a non-permanent solution for smoothing facial lines, wrinkles, headaches and excessive sweating. By choosing a qualified practitioner and understanding the procedure and aftercare, you can achieve optimal results. Assess your motivations, find a reputable practitioner, and embark on your journey toward a more youthful appearance.

Profhilo | Anti-wrinkle injections | Polynucleotides | Anti-ageing treatments
Usually, Profhilo requires:
Two sessions, one month apart initially
After that, every 6 to 12 months
Profhilo is primarily designed for bio-remodeling and hydration. It works by distributing hyaluronic acid across the skin, stimulating the production of collagen and elastin. It is widely used for anti-aging effects, targeting skin laxity, fine lines, and hydration loss. The formulation focuses on deep skin hydration and tissue repair, revitalizing the skin without adding volume.
Profhilo is injected using the Bio Aesthetic Points (BAP) technique, which involves five strategic points on each side of the face. The BAP technique allows the hyaluronic acid to flow naturally through the skin’s layers for even distribution, making it suitable for the face, neck, and decolletage.
A single centre study assessed the effectiveness and tolerability of Profhilo Structura in 50 healthy female participants.
The treatment was administered into the lateral cheek fat compartment, and the findings were notable:
Facial Volume Loss Scale (FVLS) and Wrinkle Severity Rating Scale (WSRS): Significant enhancements in both FVLS and WSRS were recorded, supported by 3D photographic evidence taken four months post-treatment.
Patient Self-Assessment: Every participant noted a substantial or highly substantial improvement in skin firmness, with visible reductions in both superficial and deep wrinkles.
Long-Term Results: The effects of Profhilo Structura were even more prominent at the four-month mark compared to earlier assessments, highlighting its prolonged efficacy.
