Ageing has two dimensions: chronological and biological

Chronological age simply counts the years since birth, and works the same for everyone.

Biological age delves beneath the surface to measure how quickly or slowly the body is ageing internally. This is impacted by our lifestyle. Unhealthy habits accelerate biological ageing, a healthy lifestyle can slow it down - promoting a vibrant and healthier ageing profile - along with certain supplements such as Nuchido that boost NAD+ and AMPK.
